The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are ‘impressed’ with London’s Willcocks Nursery

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are "impressed" with the staff at London’s Willcocks Nursery.
The 35-year-old couple announced their two-year-old daughter was set to attend the establishment earlier this week, and it is believed Prince William and Duchess Catherine – who are expecting their third child together – settled on the institution, which is located in the Holy Trinity Church in Kensington, because they were blown away by the teachers who work there.
A source told PEOPLE: "They chose that nursery because they thought it would be an ideal first step for Charlotte’s education and they were impressed by the team who work there."
And it has been reported the fees for Willcocks nursery will rack up to over £3,000 per term, which means just under £10,000 after one year.
And according to the Nursery’s official website, they strive to maintain its "ethos for high standards, excellence and good manners".
The site reads: "The Willcocks Nursery is a traditional nursery school which strives to maintain its ethos for high standards, excellence and good manners".
But it is believed William and Catherine’s decision has come as a surprise to some, as it was thought Charlotte would go to the same nursery as her sibling who started at Thomas’s Battersea in September this year.
Although George attended nursery on a part-time basis at first, it is rumoured Charlotte will be attending Willcocks Nursery full time from January 4, 2018.
Kensington Palace’s Instagram account shared the news Charlotte was set to take her first steps into education in the New Year on Monday (18.12.17) with a sweet photograph of the foursome posing for their annual Christmas card.
Alongside a photograph of William, Catherine, Charlotte and her four-year-old brother George, it read: "Their Royal Highnesses have also announced this morning that Princess Charlotte will attend the Willcocks Nursery School in London from January 2018 (sic)."
