Jamie Lomas wants EastEnders return

Jamie Lomas wants to return to ‘EastEnders’.
The ‘I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!’ contestant played alcoholic Jake Stone on the BBC soap for 18 months before leaving in 2015 and he would love to return after he leaves the jungle.
Speaking to the Daily Star Sunday he said: "I’d love to go back to ‘EastEnders’. I had an amazing time with the people there. I still have some fantastic friends there.
"I had such a fantastic character to play. When you’re playing someone with a drinking problem, you have to do it justice for the people who are suffering.
"I studied alcoholism at length. And I’m forever grateful to EastEnders for giving me that opportunity."
Meanwhile, Jamie has made it through to tonight’s (10.12.17) final on ‘I’m A Celebrity’.
He will battle against Georgia Toffolo and Iain Lee for the crown after Jennie McAlpine was booted out of the competition during Saturday night’s (09.12.17) show.
Speaking after her exit, Jennie admitted it was much harder than she thought it would ever be.
She told hosts Ant and Dec: "It was so much harder than I thought and everything that I’d prepared for, that isn’t what you need to prepare for. Yeah, the trials and I kept looking at things online saying, ‘Will I be able to do that?’ Not would I be able to sleep in a sleeping bag."
And Jennie said she missed her family – her partner Chris and their son Albert, three – the most of all.
She added: "I have been away from Albert four nights I think, that’s it. Just one time in his whole life. So to do three weeks, it was just … I can’t wait to see him. I can’t wait to see him. We had such a treat seeing [our loved ones]."
Jennie also couldn’t decide who she wanted to triumph.
Asked who she wants to win the show now, she couldn’t decide between Jamie and Toff.
She said: "Toff, Jamie, Toff, Jamie, Toff, Jamie. I can’t!"
