Joe McFadden sustains Strictly injury every week

Joe McFadden has sustained injuries every single week of ‘Strictly Come Dancing’.
The ‘Holby City’ star will take to the dance floor this weekend to perform two dances on the ballroom and latin show and he has admitted this is the first week he’s managed to get through training without hurting himself one way or another.
Speaking on ‘Loose Women’ on Wednesday (06.12.17), he said: "This is the first week where I’ve not had any injuries – touch wood – and I feel like i’m in the rhythm of it now, just in time for it to be finished. I’ve got into my stride and it feels nice to be doing two dances because you get a bit of a rest."
Meanwhile, the 42-year-old actor has made no secret of the fact that he’d like to leave the medical drama in the future after taking part in dance show, but he devastated fans recently when he admitted he’d love to bow out in an explosive storyline that sees his alter-ego Raf Di Lucca gone for good.
He said: "’Holby City’ has been brilliant. They gave me the time off to do Strictly but sadly everything comes to an end. I’ve not got a solid leaving date, I just think that having done this show, there’s other stuff out there and doing live entertainment, it’s where my heart is. I love doing theatre, I love musicals, and the longer you leave it the harder it gets. It’s been four years without doing any stage work and I don’t want to leave it much longer. I’m going back for a little bit but I can’t say too much else. If and when it does happen it would be nice to have the big exit, as an actor no-one wants to leave in the back of a taxi even if it means being killed off. And obviously a big stunt would be brilliant!"
