Nicole Scherzinger is a workaholic

Nicole Scherzinger is a "workaholic".
The ‘Poison’ singer has been feeling quite run down lately because she’s been pushing herself really hard with her work on ‘The X Factor’ and other commitments.
She said: "Just recently I’ve been sick so I’ve been having to steam a lot and my skin was really amazing.
"[It’s because] I’m a workaholic so I don’t sleep much. I’m always travelling and I find that not sleeping catches up with you.
"I believe that moderation is key, so when you get sick, it’s your body telling you to slow down. My remedy for being ill is sleep, lots of liquids, and a wellness shot. Lots of ginger, lemon, cayenne and oregano oil."
And the 39-year-old singer has even introduced Simon Cowell to her wellness shots after he made fun of her off concoctions during ‘X Factor’ filming.
She said: "Simon is always pretending I’m drinking but really I’m having a tea or a wellness shot. He’s like, ‘Let’s see what’s in here’ and I’m like, ‘You don’t want that, it’s straight ginger and cayenne.’ But he ended up loving it."
Nicole is a big believer in using supplements to stay strong and healthy.
She told OK! magazine: "Vitamins are vital and I believe in them. Beauty comes from within for your skin, hair and nails. I also have the collagen drinks, they’re my favourites. As women get older, things aren’t always the same. Things aren’t as strong and radiant but my hair, skin and nails are definitely stronger since taking the vitamins."
