Ant McPartlin and Lisa Armstrong ‘haven’t decided’ on Christmas plans

Ant McPartlin and Lisa Armstrong have "not yet decided" whether they will spend Christmas together.
Before heading out to co-host this year’s ‘I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!’ in Australia, the 42-year-old TV presenter – who is recovering from an addiction to prescription drugs following knee surgery – moved out of their marital home, and he may not be back in their shared pad over the festive period.
A source told The Sun newspaper: "He and Lisa have not yet decided if they will spend Christmas together.
"Ant is focused on recovery and thinks it best he doesn’t move home for a while.
"This has been a difficult time and, while both want to make things work, they are struggling to find a way to move forward together."
Earlier this month, it was reported Ant had started temporarily renting a £1.6 million property near to the £6 million house he shares with Lisa, 41.
The pair – who have been married for 11 years – were said to have looked "really sad" when he returned to the property to pick up their dog Hurley.
A source said at the time: "He was unshaven and had black bags under his eyes. After he left, Lisa came out a few minutes later looking tired.
"They both looked really sad. I feel so sorry for them both. They look like they’re having such a hard time.
"She looked like she had the weight of the world on her shoulders as she walked through the park. She genuinely looked upset. It was very sad."
Ant previously apologised for putting Lisa "through hell" with his depression.
He said: "I’ve put Lisa through hell with mood swings and depression and how it affects you.
"I’m very sorry about the effect it has on partners. This kind of stuff puts strains on any marriage.
"In hindsight, I should have mentioned it earlier but you’re embarrassed about it."
