Amber Davies plans to call pal Jack Maynard after jungle exit

Amber Riley is going to call her pal Jack Maynard following his exit from ‘I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!’ to get the "ins and outs" of his departure.
The 23-year-old vlogger’s agent made the decision to pull him out of the ITV show this week after a number of tweets posted online years emerged containing racist language.
Amber knows Jack "quite well" and has always found him to be a "really humble person" and she intends to speak to him once he’s back in the UK to get the story on his tweets and jungle exit.
Speaking to BANG Showbiz at the Daily Mirror Pride of Sport Awards, she said: "I think it’s sad for Jack, I don’t know the ins and outs of it but I know him quite well and he’s a really down-to-earth, humble person. We’ll have to see what happens now he’s out. I haven’t spoken to him yet, but I will."
Although Jack’s past social media use has cost him his place on Ant and Dec’s show, Amber insists she doesn’t worry that any of her previous posts will come back to haunt her.
She said: "It doesn’t make me worry about anything I might have posted in the past."
And Amber’s boyfriend Kem Cetinay – who she met on dating show ‘Love Island’, on which they were crowned the champion couple – isn’t sweating about his social media use either, because he just likes sharing photos.
Speaking at the glitzy event at the Grosvenor House hotel in London on Wednesday night (22.11.17), Kem said: "I don’t worry about it either, I haven’t had social media for that long. I prefer Instagram anyway, I just like uploading photos."
Since his jungle departure, Jack – who is the brother of pop star Conor Maynard – has issued an apology for the tweets, which he, himself, has called "inflammatory" and "insulting".
In one post made back in June 2011, he said he was "at alices with my n****s!" and he also repeatedly called people "retards".
A spokeswoman for the vlogger told The Sun Online: "Jack is ashamed of these tweets, many were deleted a long time ago.
"He would never use that language now and realises this kind of retaliatory, inflammatory, insulting language is completely unacceptable."
