Amanda Holden feels privileged to back Macmillan Cancer Support fundraiser

Amanda Holden feels "privileged" to back a new Macmillan Cancer Support fundraiser.
The ‘Britain’s Got Talent’ judge has launched npower’s Light Sky, the world’s first interactive hologram, on London’s Southbank and thinks the initiative, which will enable members of the public to donate to the organisation, as well as send a message to loved ones, is "beautiful".
She said: "I feel so privileged to be a part of this campaign. Having seen first-hand the impact that cancer can have, I know that being able to heat your home while undergoing treatment is so important for people, and allows them to focus on their health and keep warm without the worry. npower’s Light Sky is a beautiful way to not only share beautiful messages of love, hope and support this festive period, but to also donate to a worthy cause."
The hologram will be set against the night sky at Observation Point, Southbank from Wednesday November 29 to Friday December 1.
The Light Sky is open for bookings from today until December 1 at 3pm, or until all spaces have been used.
To book, people should visit npower.com/lightsky and add their message of love, hope and support with a recommended donation of £4.
All proceeds from the Light Sky activity will go to Macmillan Cancer Support, who works with npower to help people with cancer keep warm without the worry, by offering energy advice and helping to source funding like Macmillan Grants for fuel.
