Sharon Osbourne’s frank chat with X Factor ‘diva’ Grace Davies

Sharon Osbourne told ‘X Factor’ hopeful Grace Davies to reign in her diva demands backstage on Sunday (05.11.17).
The 65-year-old showbiz legend was reportedly unimpressed to hear that the 20-year-old wannabe pop star – who has been a frontrunner to win the ITV talent show after impressing the judges with her original song on her first audition – had been throwing her weight around with the producers and crew and gave her a firm talking to after the programme was aired to talk about her "attitude".
An insider revealed: "Grace is undoubtedly a talent and marked herself out as a definite contender early on, but it seems to have gone right to her head.
"Sharon is having none of it and after she heard some of the talk about Grace’s behaviour backstage, she pulled her into her dressing room at the studios.
"She told her to get her attitude in check because success in showbiz is all about working with people and getting the best team around you.
"It was very awkward for all involved, but hopefully that’ll be the end of the matter and Grace will get back to her best."
A production source also explained that Sharon is only trying to do her best by Grace, and that the young star can sometimes feel like her desire to be the best may make her come across as hard work.
They added to The Sun newspaper: "Sharon knows how much this means to Grace, who is beside herself that people may mistake her need to be a perfectionist as being difficult."
Whilst Grace has been a favourite contender to win the show, boyband Rak-Su, who are mentored by head judge Simon Cowell, have been impressing viewers and the rest of the judging panel – which is also made up of Nicole Scherzinger and Louis Walsh.
