Paul McCartney rocks out with Steven Van Zandt in London

Steven Van Zandt performed with Sir Paul McCartney at his concert in London on Saturday night (04.11.17) to "finish some unfinished business" dating back to 2012.
The 66-year-old guitarist is a member of Bruce Springsteen’s E Street Band and was on stage with the ‘Born To Run’ songwriter when he performed with McCartney at the Hard Rock Calling festival in London’s Hyde Park five years ago.
The unexpected coming together of the two music legends was cut short when the power to the stage was unexpectedly shut off due to the rockers’ breaking Westminster Council’s strict concert curfew, leaving 76,000 revellers and the artists bitterly disappointed.
Appearing at The Roundhouse at the weekend as part of his Little Steven and the Disciples of Soul European Tour – his first solo dates in Europe for 25 years – Steven announced to the audience that he wanted to "finish some unfinished business" and introduced his friend McCartney, 75, onto the stage.
They then performed The Beatles classic ‘I Saw Her Standing There’ to huge cheers from the fans in attendance.
Little Steven and the Disciples of Soul are also playing shows in Bristol, Leeds, Birmingham, Glasgow and Liverpool, before ending their UK dates in Newcastle on November 16.
The band then will perform in Germany, The Netherlands, Spain and Italy.
