Normani Kordei reveals Fifth Harmony disagree all the time

Normani Kordei admits Fifth Harmony disagree all the time.
The 21-year-old singer stars in the chart-topping girl group alongside Ally Brooke, Dinah Jane and Lauren Jauregui, and although she considers her bandmates to be like "sisters", Normani freely confesses that they don’t always agree on everything.
She shared: "There’s never a dull moment. I’m so grateful that I was able to go through it with other women that have the same passion as me and work ethic.
"We are like sisters. There are so many things we don’t agree on, but at the end of the day, we’re all family-oriented, and we have morals and values that we stand by, and we have enough respect for each other to allow each other to grow, make mistakes, and we pick each other right back up."
Normani explained that despite the band’s ups and downs over the years – which has included Camila Cabello quitting the group in December 2016 – the girls have retained a love and respect for each other.
Reflecting on their dynamic, Normani told ‘Entertainment Tonight’: "It’s really special to have a group of women that are confident enough in ourselves that we can be confident in the next person …
"It’s just cool that we can all support each other, not because we’re forced to or we have to, but because we genuinely love each other and we’re happy.
"We know that we came into the group as individuals, so we allow each other that individual freedom, but still remembering that the group is [important]."
Meanwhile, Lauren previously admitted she entered into the world of show business "without knowing what [she] was doing".
The brunette beauty – whose band was formed on ‘The X Factor’ in 2012 – shared: "I had to learn everything, in front of many people. That way I learned a lot about myself and the people that surround me.
"And when I mean everything, I mean from learning how to talk and communicate to learning everything that means to be an artist."
