Dua Lipa suffers from claustrophobia

Dua Lipa suffers from claustrophobia.
The 22-year-old singer admits she has a strong fear of suffocating – one of the two main symptoms of the common phobia, the other being a fear of restriction – and even though she knows it’s irrational there’s nothing she can do to overcome it.
When asked about her biggest fear by BANG Showbiz at the KISS House Party Live, held at The SSE Arena in Wembley, London, on Thursday night (26.10.17), she answered: "Suffocating. I don’t know why. I’m just really scared of suffocating!"
But Due is not scared of the music business especially after the incredible 2017 she has enjoyed.
The ‘New Rules’ hitmaker said: "I’m not scared of the industry. I like to think I’m a fighter."
Dua also opened up about an incident on stage which saw her
"flapping about" after she gave a shout out to the wrong city whilst performing in Luxembourg in support of Bruno Mars earlier this year.
The pop star couldn’t hide her embarrassment after she forgot where she was playing and accidentally blurted out Frankfurt – the location of a gig she had played a few days before in Germany – whilst addressing her fans.
She recalled: "Every single day we were in a different place, and we were in Luxembourg and I was having such a great time. I was like ‘Frankfurt thank you so much!’ I was just flapping about on stage, I was like ‘I am so sorry, I love you Luxemburg.’ "
