Lucy Mecklenburgh’s food balance

Lucy Mecklenburgh lives by the "80/20 rule".
The former ‘Only Way Is Essex’ star loves having her friends over for a girly night in, and though she enjoys splashing out on a takeaway, she tries to ensure she carefully balances out healthy foods with "indulgences".
She said: "I love having friends round and ordering food in, so it’s important to me that everyone is catered for. I live by the 80/20 rule – most of the time I’m really healthy and I balance it out with a bit of indulgence here and there."
The 26-year-old beauty has teamed up with Italian restaurant chain, Zizzi, to launch their extensive new dine-out offering, and created her own Zizzi Edit of her ideal menu, including arancini, super zucca salad, manzo rustica pizza, baked lemon and raspberry cheesecake, and sticky chocolate and praline torte.
She added: "I’ll usually order a lovely selection of salads, pizza and pastas, with a bottle of red wine. Zizzi takeaway means you get delicious food delivered to your door without compromising on taste, appearance or experience – and it helps that the packaging is as Instagrammable as the food!"
And Lucy also shared her tips for the perfect girls’ night in.
She said: "Always offer your guests a chilled drink on arrival, prosecco or a gin cocktail are perfect.
"Make sure you have lots of gossip to catch up on and keep the conversation flowing.
"Have your onesies at the ready so you feel super comfortable and can snuggle up after dinner."
Lucy’s Zizzi Edit is available to order now. Visit www.youtube.com/watch?v=sCKSxPk-HXk&feature=youtu.be for Lucy’s edit.
