Sharon Osbourne and Nicole Scherzinger pick final 3 on X Factor

Sharon Osbourne and Nicole Scherzinger have picked their final three acts on ‘The X Factor’.
In Saturday’s (21.10.17) episode of the ITV talent competition, the first two rounds of judge’s houses saw Sharon and the former Pussycat Dolls member choose which three of their six acts would make it through to the live shows, which kick off next week.
Nicole, 39, was first to pick her final three from the six remaining Over 35’s, as she whisked Talia Dean, Slavko, Kevin Davy White, Berget Lewis, Matt Linnen and Tracy Leanne Jefford off to South Africa, where they were judged for one final time by the star and her special guest judge Stormzy.
In the end, Nicole chose to take Kevin Davy White, Matt Linnen, and Tracy Leanne Jefford through to the live shows with her, whilst the remaining three have reached the end of their ‘X Factor’ journey.
Meanwhile, Sharon was accompanied by her two children Jack and Kelly Osbourne during her judge’s houses segment in San Francisco, where they judged the final six girls.
Rai-Elle, Holly Tandy, and Grace Davies managed to secure their place in the live shows after stunning the famous family with their performances, whilst Deanna, Georgina Panton and Alisah Bonaobra were unfortunately forced to leave the competition.
The addition of Grace to Sharon’s final three came as a shock to the pink-haired singer, as she had thought she was going home after breaking down in tears in the middle of her performance of an original song she had written about an unrequited love.
Before Grace broke down, Sharon had forced her to restart the track because she was "clipping her words" too much.
The 65-year-old television personality told her: "Hold on a minute, can we just stop? Grace, you’re singing with great emotion. I love the song but what you’re doing is you’re clipping your words. It’s as if you’re stopping your vocals from coming out.
"I love that little quirky sound you have in your voice but you’re doing it too much. You’ve got to breathe, you’ve got to relax, we’ve got to hear that you’ve got power in your voice."
Kevin, Matt, Tracy Leanne, Rai-Elle, Holly, and Grace will be joined by Louis Walsh’s final three boys and Simon Cowell’s final three groups when they complete their final auditions on Sunday’s (22.10.17) show.
