Kourtney Kardashian tries to "unplug" when she’s on vacation.
The ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’ star – who has children Mason, seven, Penelope, five, and Reign, two, with ex-partner Scott Disick – bans the use of mobile phones during meal times when travelling, and tries to take her camera out instead of using her phone to take photos.
However, she admitted she does still set aside a specific time each day to check her social media accounts.
She wrote on her app: "I think it’s so important to have conversations and really listen to our kids and friends when they’re speaking — especially when we’re having a meal.
"I love Instagram and Twitter and Snapchat, but when I’m on vacation, I try to unplug and not be online intermittently during the day. Instead, I’ll pick a specific time and try to do all my emails and check social all at once."
Kourtney, 38, is currently romancing Younes Bendjima and her sisters are amazed at how the relationship has transformed her.
In a scene from ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’, Kourtney was seen sitting in a car with sister Khloe Kardashian and family friend Jonathan Cheban, and struggling to gift wrap a birthday present for the hunk, which included putting a hotel key card inside a wallet.
Speaking in her confessional, 33-year-old Khloe said afterwards: "I know Kourt has been out on the dating scene recently. She’s planning a birthday surprise tonight. I don’t really know the details tonight but she’s like doing this whole exchange. Like she’s putting like a hotel key into a wallet.
"Never known Kourtney to be this giddy ever in my life. I’ve never known Kourtney to plan anything. It’s so cute though to see her this giddy."
