Sir Paul McCartney says he’s still writing songs with the same rule‑dodging, wide‑eyed mischief he had as a teenager.

Colin Farrell mistaken for Colin Firth

Colin Farrell gets mistaken for Colin Firth.
The 41-year-old actor might have his own glittering career as a Hollywood movie star, but he has revealed that often gets mistaken for fellow iconic actor Colin Firth, even though he says the hunk has "a lot more decorum" than he does.
Speaking on an episode of ‘The Graham Norton Show’ which is due to air tonight (13.10.17), he said: "Even though he beats me by an Oscar, about ten inches and a lot more decorum. I tried to sign up for gym once and the woman got on the phone to sort out the membership and she said in a rather loud whisper, ‘Colin Firth is here.’"
It comes after the ‘In Bruges’ actor – who has sons, James, 14, from a relationship with Kim Bordenave, and eight-year-old Henry, from a short romance with Alicja Bachleda-Curuś – recently admitted he doesn’t consider himself to be an actor, as his believes is primary job is being a father to his brood.
He said: "I’m loving work. I think I love the work now more than I ever have. I identify, ironically, less with it. It’s not that it means less than to me. I just identify less with it – being an actor … with it having a relevance to my work as a man. I think with that has come a sense of freedom that allows you to engage with the work on a deeper and a less personal level. And then when I’m not working, I’m out of it. I’ve nothing to do with it. I’m with my boys. It’s like, ‘Are you an actor?’ ‘No, but I act sometimes, and I get paid to do it, but I’m not an actor."
And Farrell – who has been single for over six years – previously hinted he was considering joining dating app Tinder, though he could face the same identity crisis problem if hopeful romantics believe his is the wrong Colin.
He said last year: "I have friends who have met people on dating sites who have had really good relationships, and that’s great. F**k anyone else who says that’s bulls**t."
