Nicole Scherzinger unsure about X Factor future

Nicole Scherzinger may not return to ‘The X Factor’ next year.
The 39-year-old star was the last judge to sign up for the show this year and admitted she is unsure of her future on the panel because she wants to focus on her music.
She told The Sun: "I never know, I never know. I was last to sign on, because I know that when I commit, I commit fully.
"Does that make sense? I go all in. I don’t know what I’m going to do next year.
"I don’t even know what I’m going to do the next couple of months before the live shows start.
"But I have an idea of what I want to do and that’s music.
"I always want to do music."
And Nicole, who has previously won the show with her artists Matt Terry and James Arthur, is happy that the schedule is more relaxed this year so she has time to focus on her music.
She said: "It is a little less rigorous, so that does allow me to put a little more of my focus on myself as an artist and maybe get back in the studio."
Meanwhile, Nicole’s fellow judge Louis Walsh has promised that the show has been given a "new lease of life" this year.
He said: "It’s a whole new vibe to ‘The X Factor’. It’s like a new TV show. Honestly, it’s got a new lease of life."
However, there is one thing that he believes could make it even better; bringing Sir Elton John in as a guest judge.
He said: "Elton would be brilliant and funny and bitchy. He’d have an opinion on everything – and he loves music. I think he would be amazing. But he kind of makes fun of the show… even though I think he secretly watches it."
‘The X Factor’ returns to ITV tonight (02.09.17) at 8pm.
