Russell Brand has married Laura Gallacher.
The 42-year-old star tied the knot with his fiancée – with whom he shares nine-month-old daughter Mabel – in front of their celebrity friends at a small but sweet service at Remenham Church near their home in Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire.
A source told The Sun newspaper: "They wanted a very small, personal affair with their daughter Mabel, family and close friends rather than a circus. It was a lovely occasion. Mabel was guest of honour."
Guests including Noel Gallagher, Jonathan Ross and David Baddiel were all in attendance as well as the bride’s sister, television presenter Kirsty Gallacher.
And Russell – who was previously married to pop superstar Katy Perry – loves being a dad to little Mabel.
Speaking about fatherhood, he shared: "It’s the most wonderful thing. To have something outside of yourself that’s more important than you. Other than West Ham United."
And asked if having a child changed his perception on the world, he added: "Do you know, in some ways I do. That’s a good observation. It’s a wonderful experience being a dad!"
Even before Mabel arrived back in November 2016, Russell was so excited about welcoming a child into the world.
He said at the time: "I feel lit up by the idea. I’m very excited about becoming a dad and I’m preparing myself. I am just getting ready to be with a new little person and see what it is they want. [Laura is] decorating the nursery. Around domestic issues, my vote is often secondary … Or the vote of my gender at least, so I will just wait to see what is determined."
