Ashley Benson is a ‘boxing badass’

Ashley Benson is a "f**king badass" inside the boxing ring.
The 27-year-old actress has managed to maintain her enviable figure by regularly working out in a boxing gym and according to an eyewitness at Rumble in NoHo in New York City, the blonde beauty has developed some serious skills.
The source told the New York Post newspaper’s Page Six column: "She’s actually really good at boxing. She’s very under the radar. She was crushing the workout, which is why she’s in amazing shape, no doubt."
The ‘Pretty Little Liars’ star impressed the other gym-goers in New York.
And the eyewitness admitted: "She’s a f**king badass."
By contrast, Ashley has previously claimed she’s been considered to be "too fat" to star in some Hollywood movies.
The actress revealed she was reduced to tears when she was told her figure wasn’t suitable for one particular role.
She shared: "I was just told I was too fat for a part.
"I’m a size two! I cried for 30 minutes, but then you have to let it roll off your shoulders or it could cause a serious eating disorder."
Ashley also warned that Hollywood’s obsession with weight has become a major problem within the movie business.
In fact, she claimed it’s not uncommon for actresses to be told they’re too heavy to be cast in a film.
She said: "A lot of people in this industry hear they need to lose weight more times than they should."
But the actress emerged from her own experience as a "stronger" character, admitting she’d go "crazy" if she allowed the claim to affect her.
Ashley explained: "It does make you stronger, though. Because if you let that affect you. You can’t be in this industry – you’d go crazy."
