Stephanie Davis is "proud of the man" Jeremy McConnell has become.
The couple – who have four-month-old son Caben-Albi together – sparked rumours their relationship was on the rocks earlier this week when the 24-year-old actress uploaded an incoherent worrying message on Twitter, in which she seemed to claim that her beau had hit the bottle again just days after leaving rehab, but since she issued a public apology in a bid to rectify the situation, it seems the have patched up their differences and she’s now willing to gush about his achievements online.
Taking to her Instagram account today (05.05.17), she uploaded a photograph of her and Jeremy sharing a passionate smooch in front of the mirror and wrote: "Proud of this one. What a man he’s become. Hope I can make you proud the way you have made me #growtogether#lovetogether#sticktogether#wifeyforlifey (sic)"
Shortly after Stephanie revealed her post, which was deleted minutes after she uploaded it, was down to the fact she’d drunk too much alcohol after a row, Jeremy – who went to stay at a hotel for the night – refollowed the brunette beauty online.
She said: "Honest note from myself. I can’t drink because it ruins my life. I keep things in. I destroy people’s lives. Me and Jeremy can’t drink. And won’t be drinking again. It’s been hard for me to admit and accept. I’m a good mother and good person but alcohol doesn’t agree with my life. It’s a chemical imbalance. I hate that my life is in the media, but I can’t lie and keep this in. I guess I chose to share my life so I have to deal with it. My priorities are my family and I need to make right the wrongs. I haven’t been perfect myself. All my life I’ve been told what I should be, how I should be, and it’s rubbish. This is me. I hope one day I can help people int he same situation. You’re not a bd person you’re just powerless. I’ve hurt those that are close to me who I love so much. I want a happy future. For me and my family. It’s not nice to see. I love Jeremy and my son. They’re all that matter. I feel a relief from being honest and I hope you all understand."
The couple met and fell in love while competing on ‘Celebrity Big Brother’ last year but just a few months after leaving the abode they split following a series of rows.
Stephanie then found out she was pregnant but Jeremy refused to believe the baby belonged to him until little Caben was born in January and they had a DNA test.
