Kristen Bell loves being a mother

Kristen Bell says the best part of being a mother is that it "right-sizes all your problems".
The ‘Frozen’ star loves being a mother to her four-year-old daughter Lincoln and Delta, two, who she shares with her husband Dax Shepard.
She said: "It right-sizes all your problems."
And whilst the 36-year-old actress hasn’t experienced mom-shaming herself, she urged those who feel that way to try and rise above it and be confident knowing they are doing a good job.
She added: "I haven’t, but I’m not positive that it’s never been done to me because I really, really try hard to live by the Eleanor Roosevelt quote that ‘no one can make you feel inferior without your consent.’ And I wish I could whisper that into the ear of every mom ever. ‘No one can make you feel inferior without your consent!’
"So if someone is shaming you, you are allowing them to do it. Do not just blame it on them. Take responsibility and go like … ‘No, I feel confident with what I’m doing. No, thank you for that advice.’ That’s a choice. That’s a way – perhaps the optimal way – to handle a situation. I just think you cannot look for external self-esteem. You have to look internally. If you’re confident with what you’re doing even if that’s some weird, bizarre parenting technique that you know works for your kid or you feel happy about, do it! Don’t let anyone tell you shouldn’t be doing that."
And Kristen says it is important to know when to take a break and relax.
Asked what piece of advice she’d give other moms having a tough day, she told Cafe Mom: "Be patient with yourself. Put on your gas mask first, because you’re useless to everyone else if you’re too stressed out. Know when to take a break."
