Jason Bateman claims his daughters dance "like drunks".
The ‘Arrested Development’ actor claims his bad dancing "runs in the family" but his seven-year-old daughter, Francesca, enjoys doing sexier moves because she doesn’t understand that "shaking the booty" is inappropriate for a girl of her age.
Speaking on the ‘Ellen DeGeneres Show’, Jason revealed: "[My daughters] dance like drunks. It runs in the family. The seven year old is like doing all the hot dancing now which she doesn’t really understand about the shaking the booty and everything, she think that’s just what you do – because that’s what she’s looking at – so I don’t know what to let her watch anymore. "
Jason – who is also parent to two-year-old daughter Maple, with his wife Amanda Anka – claims the tot has taken inherited his two left feet, but he finds her terrible dancing adorable.
He laughed: "The two year old is about as much of a bad dancer as I am, but she’s just so free!"
Meanwhile, Jason admitted becoming a father was one of his life-long goals when gushing about his directorial debut in ‘Bad Words’.
He explained: "It was a dream [of mine to direct.] I had three goals, I wanted to be a dad, I wanted to be a husband and I wanted to direct a movie."
