Judge denies Robin Thicke’s visitation requests

Robin Thicke has been denied all of his requests to modify his visitation arrangement with his six-year-old son Julian Fuego.
The 39-year-old singer is currently limited to three visits a week with his son for a few hours each day, and his efforts to have the visitation arrangement amended were dismissed by a judge on Wednesday (08.02.17).
In particular, Robin wanted to scrap the requirement for a court-appointment monitor to supervise the visits with his son, whom he shares with his ex-wife, actress Paula Patton.
The ‘Blurred Lines’ hitmaker also wanted to discharge the current monitor, amid suggestions the person was biased against him, and remove the monitor’s authority to alter or cancel visits, according to TMZ.
The legal hearing came shortly after the court-appointed monitor nixed a visit that Julian didn’t want to go ahead.
And more recently, the monitor prematurely ended a visit in which Robin took his son to Kids World in Los Angeles.
Last month, a judge gave Paula sole legal and physical custody of their son after she alleged in court documents that her ex-husband physically abused her, was unfaithful and struggles with drug and alcohol addictions.
And under the temporary restraining order taken out against him, Robin is also required to stay 100 yards away from Paula, her mother and Julian the rest of the time.
However, an insider recently insisted Robin remains "focused" on his son despite Paula’s best efforts to damage his public image.
The source said: "[Paula] keeps trying to bury him, and this is a concerted effort to prejudice the public against him. He has taken no such campaign against her.
"He’s taking this extremely seriously, and it’s unfortunate and very difficult when you’re on the receiving end of a campaign of negativity."
Paula, 41, divorced the singer in 2015 after 21 years together and almost nine years of marriage.
