Jenni Falconer’s presents for self

Jenni Falconer bought herself Christmas presents.
The 40-year-old presenter – who has five-year-old daughter Ella with husband James Midgley – is always very organised with her festive preparation, but that means she doesn’t have much to do in the lead up to the big day, so ends up passing the time by going shopping for herself.
She admitted: "I’m quite enthusiastic. I’m quite organised, I like getting it done so I’m relaxed by December. But then I have nothing to do so I end up buying myself presents."
Jenni presents an early morning show on Heart FM six days a week, so she’s hoping for a lie-in over Christmas.
She said: "I have time off work and normally I get up quite early, Christmas Day my rule and tradition is I don’t get up early, so I’m just training my five year old that, but she doesn’t quite grasp it so I’m hoping that’ll come to fruition soon!"
And the blonde beauty admitted Christmas Day is always run to a tight schedule so she never gets "stressed".
She said: "I run a regime in our house and am in charge of everything, you know like the hideous bride who organises everything at their wedding? I’m like that with Christmas.
I don’t get stressed because I have a schedule, a routine, that I stick to.
"I do the cooking… well it’s more heating of food that’s been bought, it’s pretty much an M&S Christmas dinner and it’s on a militant schedule of when it has to go in the oven, so I think I’ve nailed it."
The ‘This Morning’ star makes a number of New Year’s resolutions as that way she knows she’s likely to stick to at least one
She told BANG Showbiz: "Every year I have about 10 New Year’s resolutions so hopefully by the end of the year I’ll have ticked one off the list, they’re always things like eat healthier and get fitter."
