Matt Terry for X Factor panel?

Matt Terry wants to join the ‘X Factor’ judging panel next year.
The 23-year-old singer has only just dropped his debut single ‘When Christmas Comes Around’ after he was crowned the winner of the singing competition two weeks ago, but it seems he’s not planning to leave the ITV studios any time soon as he’s hoping his mentor Nicole Scherzinger will pull him back as a guest judge for the next series.
He told the Daily Star newspaper: "I don’t think the show is a curse, it’s all down to you and how hard you work. I plan on working extremely hard to be a successful artist, I would love to continue to be involved with the ‘X Factor’ and future contestants.
"We are so close and after out victory we will remain close and I’ll remain part of the family. We will see what I can do but to be at the Judges’ Houses with her would be a dream, I will do what I can to help out."
And the heartthrob is hoping the show’s boss Simon Cowell decides to keep the same panel next year as he believes the music mogul, Nicole, Sharon Osbourne and Louis Walsh are the perfect foursome to lead contestants to success week-in week-out.
He explained: "I think I had the perfect panel, the best it has been. Nicole was so great and such a good mentor, and Sharon was so fun and so involved with her acts. I think I was really lucky to get who I did on the panel and I’d keep it the same. Every time I saw Sharon in the corridor she;d stop me and grab me and say: ‘Oh I do love you Matt.’ It was just a great bunch of people this year."
