Michelle Keegan’s Southern Christmas

Michelle Keegan will spend Christmas in Essex.
The 29-year-old actress – who married former ‘The Only Way is Essex’ star Mark Wright in 2015 – has admitted she hasn’t decided where she plans to spend the festive period but has "no doubt" it will be held in her partner’s hometown because the couple enjoyed Christmas in Manchester last year and "always" take it in turns to visit both families.
Speaking exclusively to BANG Showbiz about her plans, the brunette beauty said: "We had Christmas in Manchester last year, so no doubt it will be in Essex this year, because we always take it in turns. Maybe dinner at our house, we haven’t actually decided, but we will be doing it in Essex this year."
And the ‘Our Girl’ star has revealed Christmas is always "busy" because they have "big families" and invite every relative over, although she wouldn’t have it any other way.
She explained: "We normally have everyone over because we have got such big families we always come together, which is really nice. And I am so used to having busy Christmases because my mum and dad are both remarried, so my Christmases since I was younger have always been around people and families and big parties, which is what Christmas is about really."
And Michelle has revealed she is looking forward to taking some much needed time out of her busy schedule and spend some quality time with her family.
She said: "Because I don’t usually see everyone I’d like to because I’m so busy in the year, I think Christmas is the time of year everyone comes together and plays catch up."
