Bella Hadid praised her ex-boyfriend as she reflected on the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show.
The 20-year-old model gushed about The Weeknd, who she previously dated for 18 months, as she took to Instagram to tell her fans about taking to the catwalk for the "most fun and nerve wracking experience of her life".
Recalling the details of Wednesday evening’s (30.11.16) show in Paris, she wrote on Instagram: "I can’t believe it! I was smiling SO HUGE on the inside I promise!!!! The most fun and nerve wracking experience of my life but I wish I could do it over and over and over again!!!!! …
"Thank you @theweeknd for being the best and most incredible performer on the planet. You KILLED it, as always. And not enough thank you’s to @ed_razek @10magazine @johndavidpfeiffer @monica.mitro and the whole VS family!!! thank you for believing in me I love you all so so so much (sic)"
The pair couldn’t keep their eyes off each other as they appeared on the runway together during the event, where Bella donned a stunning metallic grey corset and matching cape.
Meanwhile, Bella previously insisted herself and The Weeknd – real name Abél Tesfaye – are still "best friends" despite going their separate ways in October.
Speaking before the event, she said: "There is no awkwardness. He is my best friend, and I am excited because I am walking during his performance."
Whilst a source added: "Bella and The Weeknd have been talking again. The Weeknd sent Bella something special to her room to wish her luck on her big day.
"He also spoke and texted her today and throughout these past few days in Paris. They are on great terms – not back together but still talking and are still in love with each other. They are looking forward to doing the show together!"
