Danielle Armstrong quits The Only Way is Essex

Danielle Armstrong has quit ‘The Only Way is Essex’.
The blonde beauty has reportedly decided to step away from the cameras after three years on the show, in a bid to help her get over her most recent split from on/off boyfriend James ‘Lockie’ Lock.
It is not yet known if Danielle is quitting the show for good or simply planning a temporary break, but sources say she is "struggling" to move on from James and feels leaving the reality show is the best way to help her.
A source told the Daily Star Sunday newspaper: "Dani loves ‘TOWIE’ and the last thing she wants to do is leave the show.
"But she is still struggling to get over James and doesn’t think she’ll be able to do that while they are constantly filming scenes together.
"Dani knows that in order to move on and be happy she needs a proper break from James and unfortunately that means leaving the show too."
Meanwhile James, who dated Dani on and off for four years, recently claimed he "can’t" be with the beauty despite saying he’d "love" to restart their relationship.
He said: "As much as I’d love to be with Danielle in an ideal world, I can’t be with her.
"I’d never say never but at the minute it’s not happening."
Danielle announced her split from James back in August, when she took to her Twitter account to post a picture quote, which read: "She loved him and he loved her but it wasn’t that simple."
She accompanied it with the caption: "For everyone that keeps asking about me & James this quote pretty much sums us up I’m afraid & it’s time to move on (sic)."
The boutique owner, who joined the show in 2013, will not be appearing in the show’s 20th series which starts shooting next year.
