Blink-182 announce new UK tour

Blink-182 will tour the UK in July.
The pop-punk band will return to the stage for a 10-date run of shows in 201,7 kicking off in Cardiff’s Motorpoint Arena on July 3 and finishing up in London’s O2 Arena on July 19.
The news follows the making of their seventh album ‘California’ which was released earlier this year; over two decades after their debut album ‘Cheshire Cat’.
It’s thought they’ll delight their loyal following by playing a mix of fan favourite tracks like ‘All The Small Things’ and ‘Miss You’ and songs from their latest album when they take to the stage in towns across the UK, including Nottingham, Leeds, Birmingham, Newcastle, Glasgow, Manchester, Liverpool, Bournemouth.
‘California’ was written without their long-time guitarist Tom DeLonge – who has been replaced in the band by Matt Skiba of Alkaline – and speaking about the change in lineup in a new documentary, bassist Mark Hoppus revealed the musician was the only viable choice.
He said: "The only person we talked about coming and playing our shows was Matt. The reception to Matt was amazing, overwhelming. People were chanting his name before we even came out and played."

Blink- 182’s 2017 UK tour dates are:

Cardiff, Motorpoint Arena (July 3)
Nottingham, Motorpoint Arena (July 4)
Leeds, First Direct Arena (July 5)
Birmingham, Barclaycard Arena (July 7)
Newcastle, Metro Radio Arena (July 9)
Glasgow, The SSE Hydro (July 11)
Manchester, Arena (July 14)
Liverpool, Echo Arena (July 15)
Bournemouth, BIC (July 17)
London, The O2 (July 19)
