Emma Willis ‘desperately’ misses Marvin Humes

Emma Willis "desperately" misses Marvin Humes.
The 40-year-old presenter teared up when she was asked about her former ‘The Voice’ co-host, who she worked with for three years, and praised him for how supportive he’s been towards her, despite him reportedly being axed from the new series of the spinning-chair talent show following its recent shift to ITV.
Speaking on ‘Lorraine’ on Thursday (20.10.16), she said: "I will desperately desperately miss Marv. He’s just brilliant and he’s really supportive and I’ll cry if I talk about him anymore!"
Meanwhile, the brunette beauty recently revealed some major changes coming to the show, which sees new judges Gavin Rossdale and Jennifer Hudson join returning coach Sir Tom Jones and long-time panelist will.i.am on the panel. .
Emma – who will front the show alone now – has teased a change in format for the forthcoming series that’ll see the panel banned from swinging round to see the contestants unless they put themselves forward as a mentor.
She explained: "If you don’t push your button for a contestant, you don’t get to see them. So only the people who press the button get to see who it is, so if no one turns, no one sees who sung."
However, the ‘Celebrity Big Brother’ host thinks the change will be "good" for the show as it’ll force the judges to be less apologetic towards the contestants.
She explained: "I think it is good – they do it in other territories on ‘The Voice’ around the world, and it instigates different chat between the coaches. When they see someone who hasn’t turned, it’s very apologetic.
"But if they haven’t seen that person and don’t have to interact directly, it’s a bit more ‘that was a little bit off key’, where they might not have said having seen them. So I think it’s a good thing for the show."
