Lydia Bright’s recent romp with her ex-boyfriend James ‘Arg’ Argent in Marbella was the "worst mistake" of her life.
The ‘Only Way is Essex’ beauty was overcome with shame on Sunday (09.10.16) night’s episode when she told her best friend Chloe Lewis that she’d hooked up with her on/off beau while they were filming the autumn special in Spain last week.
She said as they soaked up the sun: "[Arg] ended up staying… it’s the worst mistake of my life. I feel really s**t."
And, although she had no problem spilling the details to her brunette pal, Lydia couldn’t help but worry what her family will say when they find out she had a drunken bunk-up with her ex.
She explained: "They’re going to be so angry with me."
But, although Lydia feels repulsed by the whole thing, Arg couldn’t stop bragging about his bedroom antics with the blonde beauty and couldn’t wait to dish the details to his co-stars.
He said: "I haven’t been that happy in the last five months."
This isn’t the first time the former lovers – who have been dating on and off since they were at school – have ended up in bed together as they decided to give their romance another go last year after Lydia called time on her relationship with Tom Kilbey.
However, things came crashing down earlier this year when Arg reportedly relapsed and the beautiful reality TV star allegedly caught him doing cocaine in her house while she was out.
She told the 28-year-old star: "I don’t want us ever to be friends. I don’t want you to speak to my friends and family. My life is my life, we’re like strangers. I don’t want to know you anymore."
