Chrissy Teigen only goes on dates to dark restaurants.
The 30-year-old model – who has five-month-old daughter Luna with husband John Legend – admits she always sports the same top-knot hair-do when she and her spouse go out because that way she can get away with "bad" make-up, and relies on low lighting to feel comfortable with her "natural" look.
She said: "I love a top knot, like honestly, like with like some like piecey strands coming down the middle.
"I’m sure John is so bored with it. But it’s like always my go-to ’cause it just makes me feel more put together. The top knot you get away with bad makeup, then you can be a little more natural
"It can be tough but we go to dark restaurants. I’m not kidding, I’m like, ‘Is it bright there?’ That’s how we make our decisions."
The ‘Lip Sync Battle’ star also admitted she had the style of Kendall Jenner and Gigi Hadid – who, like Chrissy, are styled by Monica Rose – as she wants to be one of the "cool girls".
She told People magazine: "Some people want to be extra body-con, sexy and sheer and some people just want, I personally want to feel comfortable and cool.
"I want to be one of the cool girls, like the It Girls, like the Gigis and the Kendalls."
The brunette beauty also admitted she hates putting on fake lashes and has even been reduced to tears by the process in the past.
She said: "I am very good at strip lashes but I have sobbed trying to put on individuals before.
"I just get so frustrated. You’re like, ‘Oh, I got it!’ And then it just turns. You’re like, ‘Gahh! I have like ten more clusters to go!’ What am I good at? I don’t know. I feel like I just don’t take the time to, I don’t know. Like what am I good at? Nothing."
And Chrissy confessed to a "sad" obsession with removing her body hair.
She said: "I definitely must wash my hair every single day.
"Like, that’s mandatory. And I am a twice-a-day shaver. It’s crazy. Like, I’m very neurotic about it. I don’t know why. Yeah, shaving in the bath, or just honestly not two showers. I’ll do one shower and then I’ll just sit on the edge of the bathtub and shave. Yeah, it’s so sad."
