Lea Michele loves her body

Lea Michele has "never loved her body more" than she does right now.
The ‘Scream Queens’ star is incredibly comfortable with her figure but also believes it is important to focus on feeling good on the inside too.
She said: "You have to look good, but you also have to feel good. So I find workouts that take of both those things. You always have to have faith, because life is going to throw things at you. You just have trust that there is a plan. I really pride myself on the people that I surround myself with and how I take care of myself, so my ground is stable beneath me.
"I’ve never loved my body more than I do right now. And I’m so grateful that I feel that way."
The 30-year-old actress isn’t focused on being a certain weight or going to the gym every day but is more worried about feeling healthy in herself.
She added to PEOPLE magazine: "It’s so important for me to stress that being healthy is not about being a gym rat. It’s not about being 90 lbs. This is really how I live every single day."
Meanwhile, Lea previously insisted she rarely wears make-up.
She said: "First and foremost, I don’t wear makeup when I don’t have to. When I’m out and about with friends and family, I’m not pounding makeup on my face – I’ll put on mascara and lip balm and go about my day. I like to give my skin a chance to breathe when it needs to.
"I drink a ton of water and I always try to get a good night’s sleep. That’s the first place I see my skin get affected – when I’m traveling on planes full of dry air. I treat my skin very delicately; I don’t go to bed without washing my face; I’m consistent with my products."
