Lance Bass is ready to have kids with husband Michael Turchin

Lance Bass is ready to "start the process" of having children with his husband.
The 37-year-old former NSYNC member and his husband, 29-year-old Michael Turchin, want to become parents "early next year" because they don’t want to wait any longer because there is no "perfect time".
Speaking to Matthew Cole Weiss on the Allegedly podcast on Tuesday (30.08.16), the ‘Bye Bye Bye’ hitmaker said: "There’s never a time to really plan to have a kid … you just gotta jump in. Plan it, of course, but there’s no perfect time to do it.
"I imagine we would probably start the process early next year."
Lance – who is set to host the first ever mainstream gay dating show ‘Finding Prince Charming’ later this month – also revealed he and Michael intend to use a surrogate mother to have their baby like many other gay couples.
He explained: "There’s an amazing company that a lot of people have been using – Neil Patrick Harris and everyone used this company. They set you up with a surrogate, and there’s all different ways of doing it. Surrogates that you never have to meet – but, of course, I want them in my life. I want to know who’s donating the egg.
"You can donate an egg, put it in someone else. You can have twins, you can make sure that one is mine and one is Michael’s. I mean, there’s so much you can do."
Lance is very "excited" about the prospect of starting a family because he knows Michael will be the "best" dad.
He said: "I’m excited because I know Michael will be the best dad ever. That’s one of the reasons I wanted to marry him. So I’m excited to start this family, because I think all of us selfishly want to try to raise the best kid possible, just so we can have a better person in this world, helping out. And so I hope to raise some good kids that will leave a good mark on this world."
The news comes after the ‘It’s Gonna Be Me’ singer revealed in December last year that he wished he had come out as homosexual sooner, as he believed he would have had a "different life."
Speaking previously, Lance said: "I would have had a different life. I would have enjoyed myself more and I wouldn’t have had to hide something major in my life from the whole world. It separated me from my friends and family and so I would love to get those younger years back."
