Maze Runner: The Death Cure to resume production in February 2017

‘Maze Runner: The Death Cure’ will resume production in February.
Filming was halted after star Dylan O’Brien was dragged under a vehicle in March whilst shooting scenes for the next instalment of the franchise and its scheduled release was pushed back from February 2017 to January 2018.
However, Deadline reports that filming will begin again next year after crew and cast schedules were worked out.
The location of the shoot has also been moved but the new setting has not yet been revealed.
Dylan’s accident took place in Vancouver, Canada, when he fell from the roof of a moving vehicle that he was strapped and fractured either his cheekbone or orbital socket.
A report from WorkSafeBC described his injuries as including a "concussion, facial fracture and lacerations".
Director Wes Ball initially reassured fans that the actor would be "fine" to return to work after a few weeks of rest.
In a handwritten note shared on Twitter, he wrote: "It’s scary seeing your friend get hurt, but fortunately, Dylan is going to be just fine. After a few weeks of rest and recovery he’ll be back up and running to finish our adventure together."
However, Dylan’s injuries were more serious than they anticipated and his publicist Jennifer Allen released a statement in April saying he needed "more time" to recover.
She said: "His injuries are very serious, and he needs more time to recover."
A statement from movie studio Fox at the time read: "The resumption of principal photography on ‘Maze Runner: The Death Cure’ has been further delayed to allow Dylan O’Brien more time to fully recover from his injuries. We wish Dylan a speedy recovery and look forward to restarting production as soon as possible."
