Mick Jagger to pay £2.5m to the woman carrying his baby

Sir Mick Jagger has reportedly promised the ballerina pregnant with his baby £2.5 million to look after their child.
The 73-year-old rock icon is currently preparing for the arrival of his eighth child and has promised the Melanie Hamrick that he will provide her with a five-figure sum every month once their baby is born.
Sir Mick – who has been "casually dating" Melanie, 29, for around two years – has also pledged to cover the cost of a home for both Melanie and the child wherever she decides to raise their baby, according to the Sunday Mirror newspaper.
And although the duo do not intend to progress their relationship any further, Sir Mick and Melanie are reportedly "surprised and happy" about the impending arrival of their child.
A source previously said: "She’s very bright, intelligent, sparky and has her own ideas about how she wants to lead her life. She knows what a great relationship Mick has with all of his children and can’t wait for him to be a dad again.
"They are taking the news in their stride."
In July, meanwhile, it was reported that Sir Mick was shocked by the news he was set to become a dad again.
However, an insider also insisted he would have no hesitation in offering financial support to Melanie.
The source explained: "He was shocked beyond belief at news she was expecting but will do whatever it takes to support Melanie and the child."
The insider added: "They aren’t living together and don’t plan to. But Mick will look after the baby 10 times over. There is talk of buying a house for Melanie."
