Simon Cowell ‘stealing’ Nicole Scherzinger’s catchphrases

Simon Cowell has been "stealing" all of Nicole Scherzinger’s catchphrases.
The ‘X Factor’ judge has revealed her boss has been commenting the "exact same things" to acts so when the show is edited, Simon will appear to have come up with the witty lines.
She told The Sun newspaper: "We need to do an entire segment on Simon Cowell stealing all of my ideas. In the beginning, I would say things and he would comment, saying the exact same thing. I’d be like, ‘That’s funny because I’ve just said that’ and he goes, ‘Not in the edit darling, not in the edit.’
"He’s been stealing pretty much everything. I take it as a compliment. I’m fighting with the producers now so when he tries to repeat what I have said, I try to speak over him so they can’t use it in the show."
Meanwhile, Simon previously admitted he believes that they made a mistake by trying to make the ITV show "cool" last year.
He shared: "I think when you try and be what you are not, it’s a bit like dad dancing at a wedding. This show was never intended to be a cool show or a fashionable show. It is what it is. That’s what people, I think, really appreciate when they come in to see me and Sharon, who has been a manager for a long time, as has Louis [Walsh].
"They want people who have had life experience because they need some guidance. We maybe forgot that a bit. You hire someone because they are well known but, actually, the contestants want something different."
