Kylie Jenner splashed out $4.5 million on her third house.
The ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’ star forked out the huge sum on a four-bedroom property in Hidden Hills, California, on Tuesday (16.08.16), which is near to a $6 million plush pad she purchased in May.
According to gossip website TMZ, the 19-year-old model is planning to use her new home as a work space for her Kylie Cosmetics company.
Should Kylie – who is dating Tyga – be keen to cool off after a hard day at work then she will be in luck with her new pad as it features a swimming pool and a Jacuzzi.
The property also has four bathrooms, which is ideal in case the raven-haired star is caught short while dreaming up her latest make-up lines.
Kylie’s latest property is close to the first house she bought which resides in a gated Calabasas community.
She splashed out $2.7 million on the home just a year ago but she recently listed the abode for $3.9 million.
Kylie is said to have already received offers to buy it for just under $3 million.
In May, Kylie purchased her $6 million Hidden Hills home, which is situated where her mother Kris Jenner and half-sister Kim Kardashian West live.
