Stephen Bear is jealous Lewis Bloor is dating "the most glamorous-looking girl" in the ‘Celebrity Big Brother’ house.
The ‘Ex on the Beach’ star is fuming his friend has hooked up with Marnie Simpson inside the famous abode, but not because he fancies the ‘Geordie Shore’ beauty and he wants her for himself, but because he wants to be "top dog".
Speaking exclusively to BANG Showbiz, qualified counsellor Anna Williamson – who sits on the "pysch" panel on ‘Big Brother’s Bit on the Side’ – explained: "I think it has rattled his cage seeing Lewis and Marnie together for many reasons.
"He doesn’t ever want to be anything other than the alpha male in that house and with Lewis you know, let’s be honest, shacking up with the most glamorous-looking girl in the house it’s rattled his feathers a little bit, because he’s like a tomcat spreading his scent and its annoyed him.
"It’s not about liking Marnie I don’t think, it’s about putting himself in that elevated position, like ‘I am top dog!’, which demonstrates his insecurities in such a huge way."
And, although the 25-year-old hunk has locked horns with a number of his housemates over the past two weeks, Anna believes Bear is actually a very "complicated" person.
She said: "I mean Bear is doing exactly what as viewers we crave to see, i.e. see something decent on the telly. I’m tuning in every night to see what Bear’s doing.
"He’s the man everyone loves to hate at the moment. Bear is a very complicated man, if we’re talking with a psychological hat on, he’s a very complicated very guarded, very layered person.
"There is one heck of a wall up with him I mean if I was in a one to one therapy session with him, I think he would take a lot of time and a lot of work to unpeel those layers."
