Prince Harry hails inspirational Team GB

Prince Harry has hailed the Olympics’ Team GB as "inspirational".
The royal, his brother Prince William and William’s wife Duchess Catherine have released a video sending their best wishes to Great Britain’s 366 athletes who will be competing in the upcoming Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and Harry urged everyone to show their support.
He said: "Our athletes are an inspiration to us all, and we need the whole country to get behind them and cheer them on as they take to the world stage. Let’s top 2012. Bring on the Great."
Catherine and William, who are both 34, and 31-year-old Harry were all ambassadors at the 2012 London Olympics and attended multiple events and while they won’t be travelling to Rio, William is excited to "see what can be achieved".
He said: "London 2012 saw this country come alive with a passion for sport. It saw people of all ages, and from all walks of life, join together to support Team GB.
"London 2012 showcased the best of British sport, and we are all so excited to see what can be achieved in Rio."
It was previously claimed that one of the reasons Catherine had decided to skip this year’s sporting event was due to fears about the Zika virus.
A source told the Daily Express newspaper: "They definitely wanted to go and it’s a great shame that they are not. Obviously, they wanted to support the British team but Kate decided several months ago not to go after taking the best advice.
"It’s well known that she would like to have a third child and so she just couldn’t take the risk."
