Charlie Sheen increases Brooke Mueller’s child support

Charlie Sheen has reportedly volunteered to pay his ex-wife Brooke Mueller $55,000 in child support.

The 48-year-old actor has offered to increase his monthly payments from $20,000 for their four-year-old twins Bob and Max because the former actress has been letting him see them more often.

A source told RadarOnline: "Charlie is feeling very generous towards Brooke recently — this is attributed to the fact that Brooke is allowing him to spend time with the boys.

"So he decided to voluntarily begin paying Brooke the $55,000 in monthly child support. It had been reduced to $20,000 when she lost custody of the boys, but since Brooke now has the boys back, it was only a matter of time until it was brought up in court."

Brooke, 36, lost custody of the twins when she was placed on involuntary psychiatric hold at the UCLA Medical Center last year, but she has since sought treatment for her drug dependency and is said to be on the road to recovery.

The ‘Anger Management’ star had previously intended to sell the Mulholland Estates mansion he bought for Brooke and the twins, but he has since relented as he wants to keep Bob and Max nearby.

Brooke and the boys moved back into the Los Angeles house in December last year after the blonde beauty regained custody.

Meanwhile, Charlie isn’t feeling so generous towards his ex-wife Denise Richards, with whom he has daughters Sam, 10, and Lola, eight, as it was recently reported he has plans to slash her monthly child support money.
