Iggy Azalea has bought a new house following her split from Nick Young.
The ‘Fancy’ hitmaker is in the process of overhauling her life after she caught her then-fiance having sex with another woman but it seems she’s keen to wipe clear any memories she has of her former lover by setting up home elsewhere and putting her own stamp on the interiors.
Taking to her Twitter account on Wednesday (06.07.16), she said: "Can’t wait to get home & get started on fixing up my new place. I’ve been annoying Adam and Guy talking about carpet all week hahaha (sic)."
The 26-year-old rapper moved out of the home she shared with Nick in Tarzana, California, late last month after she saw the NBA basketball player getting frisky beneath the sheets with a mystery woman on their home CCTV.
It was initially thought the blonde beauty had kicked the 31-year-old sportsman out of the house after she learnt of his infidelity but she later rubbished the claims and revealed she was the one actually moving out.
She said at the time: "I never had anyone’s car towed nor did I kick nick out of "my" house. The home belongs to nick, I am the one moving. Thanks. (sic)"
Iggy and Nick began dating at the beginning of 2014 and got engaged in 2015, but their romance was rocked earlier this year when the ‘Team’ hitmaker had to suffer the indignity of a video leaking online which showed Nick admitting to his Los Angeles Lakers teammate D’Angelo Russell that he had cheated on her with a teenager.
Meanwhile, Iggy – who was born in Mullumbimby near Byron Bay in New South Wales – is planning to jet back to her native Australia later this year to spend time with her family following almost a decade stateside.
