Kendall Jenner has bought John Krasinski and Emily Blunt’s Hollywood home.
The 20-year-old model splashed out $6.5 million on the stunning property, which features six bedrooms, five bathrooms and a private swimming pool.
According to TMZ, Kendall paid $450,000 below the original asking price for the 4,800-square-foot contemporary-style home.
It is situated on Hollywood’s Sunset Strip, nestled in the hills above the iconic Chateau Marmont Hotel, and the luxurious living space comes complete with hard wood floors, exposed brick walls, and a rooftop patio.
Thanks to the wide and spacious windows, almost every room in the house has uninterrupted views of the West Hollywood neighbourhood and surrounding nature.
The master bedroom also boasts a walk-in wardrobe which will be able to accommodate the fashionista’s huge array of designer clothes.
The ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians’ beauty reportedly signed the official documents on Wednesday (29.06.16) in New York City and the deal will close today (01.07.16).
John and Emily are currently expecting their second child together and put their home on their market as they are keen to relocate to the East Coast to raise their expanding family.
Despite her young age, this is Kendall’s second property purchase, after she bought a two-bedroom condo in 2014 for $1.39 million.
And her younger sister Kylie, 18, recently splashed out $6 million on her own Hollywood Hills mansion after putting her Calabasas "starter home" on the market for $2.7 million.
Her new 7,000-square-foot home also features six bedrooms, a wine cellar, large pool and landscaped grounds as well as an open plan living area and kitchen.
