Robbie Williams will join Take That for 25th anniversary tour

Robbie Williams will join Take That on their 25th anniversary tour.
The ‘Angel’ hitmaker – who left the group in 2012 to focus on his solo projects – has agreed to join his former band mates Gary Barlow, Mark Owen and Howard Donald when they embark on a series of shows next year in celebration of their birthday.
A source told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "Gary has always been the planner and his mind is now focused on the 25 project. Robbie says he is up for coming back and performing again.
"He feels that he is at peace with the group and wants to help commemorate their astonishing rise."
And the 42-year-old hunk has even agreed to help the ‘Back For Good’ hitmakers pen some new tracks for the milestone.
Howard, 48, said: "We’ve been talking to Robbie about it, and it might be that if we do a 25th anniversary album, that we do some co-writing or some extra tracks on that.
"I think it would be nice to do something with him. In our minds at the moment there’s an intention to do some new tracks, a greatest hits and a tour, then we’ll see."
However, not everybody is willing to put the past behind them as former band mate Jason Orange – who quit the group in 2014 because he no longer wanted to create music – doesn’t want to be part of the reunion this time around.
Speaking to The Sun newspaper, Howard explained: "We’ve been in touch with Jason … Jason is in his place where he is now and he’s not got any intention at the moment to be back in the band."
Take That formed in 1990 but split in 1996 – a year after Robbie decided to quit the first time – before reforming again in 2006.
Robbie rejoined the group in 2010 to pen the band’s sixth album ‘Progress’ before he left again in two years later to go solo.
The band then continued as a trio, releasing their seventh album ‘III’ in 2014, and have been working on new material ever since.
