Nathan Sykes ‘doesn’t fancy’ Ariana Grande

Nathan Sykes insists he doesn’t "still fancy" Ariana Grande.
The 23-year-old singer is pleased his former girlfriend – who he dated from August to December 2013 – is doing well in her career, but he no longer has any romantic feelings towards her.
Speaking backstage at the Capital FM Summertime Ball in London – where both he and Ariana performed – on Saturday (11.06.16), he exclusively told BANG Showbiz: "Hold a candle? No! Obviously I’m really happy for her she’s doing amazing, if I saw her I’d be like ‘hey what’s up’… What a strange question ‘do you still fancy your ex girlfriend’."
While they are no longer romantically involved, Nathan and Ariana have previously teamed up on two duets, ‘Almost is Never Enough’ and ‘Over and Over Again’.
Though the ‘Kiss Me Quick’ singer admits it is unusual to duet with someone more than once, the former Wanted star won’t rule out getting back into the recording studio with the ‘Dangerous Woman’ hitmaker for a third time.
He said: "Obviously we’ve done two songs together now with ‘Almost is Never Enough’ on her debut album and ‘Over and Over Again’ which we released our duet version. So we’ve worked together twice now which is quite a lot for collaborations but you never know I think she’s incredible, she’s incredibly talented so you never know what’s going to happen."
Nathan previously insisted it wasn’t "weird" for him to work with Ariana on the romantic ‘Over and Over Again’.
He said: "It’s not weird to me at all. I think the most important thing for me is that she’s an incredible vocalist and I really think she brings something great to the song.
"I think it shows real maturity that we can both do this and not really let it bother us."
And the former Wanted singer thinks it was made easier as it feels like "forever ago" since he dated 22-year-old Ariana.
He said: "I’ve experienced so much life experience in those years [that] it does feel like forever ago."
