Lauren Pope not in ‘competition’ with TOWIE cast

Lauren Pope is not in "competition" with her former ‘The Only Way Is Essex’ cast mates over their businesses.
The 33-year-old TV personality – who quit the ITVBe hit show last year after a five-year stint – has admitted there is no rivalry between her and her co-stars, who own clothing boutiques and hair salons, because none of them have gone down the same route in hair extensions as her.
Speaking exclusively to BANG Showbiz, the founder of Hair Rehab London said: "There’s no competition there. No one’s doing hair.
"One of the amazing things about ‘TOWIE’ is it’s given an amazing platform to start their own business."
Despite working on her hair brand for over nine years, Lauren believes her company has truly flourished since her products launched in hair salons last year.
She explained: "We just launched in the salons last year so we are professional product, and this week we have won an award for our synthetic hair pieces.
"I feel this last year – even though we have been going for nine years – I’d say the last year to two years when everything’s just come together nicely."
Meanwhile, Lauren – who has teamed up with the Irish brand Vavavoom on an edit of her favourite staple garments and has previously partnered with In The Style to collate a number of her favourite garments – has revealed she has no intentions to join forces with anyone else.
She said: "But I don’t like spreading myself too thin and I think I have got enough going on at the moment. I have got just the right amount of stuff going on that I can dedicate enough time for each thing, anything else right now probably wouldn’t get my 100 per cent attention, so I wouldn’t want to jump into something if I couldn’t give that. "
