Lynda Bellingham’s sons think she was under heavy medication when she signed will

Lynda Bellingham’s sons don’t think she was of sound mind when she left everything to her husband in her will.
Robbie and Michael Peluso are convinced their famous mother – who tragically passed away in 2014 from colon cancer – was under a heavy dose of medication when she scribbled her signature on the legally binding document, which saw her leave everything to Michael Pattemore.
Speaking on ‘This Morning’ today (03.05.16), Robbie said: "At the moment, it’s difficult to say because we’re not actually challenging the validity of the will as such. She’s made that decision [to leave everything in her will to Michael] and for all intents and purposes she’s signed that will regardless of the fact that she may have been under a lot of medication … She was rushed into hospital on the 13th December because her colon burst and she was given a 50/50 chance of coming out of that surgery.
"Within less than two weeks she’s signing a new will when you’ve just been told you’ve got a 50/50 chance of dying. She went onto live until October."
It’s believed Lynda left everything to Michael as a way to "avoid inheritance tax" but made it clear on numerous occasions that she wanted him to make sure her children were cared for financially and had a roof over their heads.
The siblings are now locked in a bitter legal battle with their mother’s widower, whom she married in 2008, after he allegedly deprived them of their inheritance, evicted them from their family home via text message and squandered her cash on lavish holidays.
Michael explained: "While my mother’s husband was away, I received a text message [telling me to leave the house] which was unexpected, it was less than a year after mum had passed away. [I took] things that had a lot of sentimental value mainly and Michael wasn’t too happy about it. He said I shouldn’t have taken those things."
