Vogue Williams and Brian McFadden don’t "need" to get divorced yet.
The former couple split up 10 months ago but the Irish model admitted they are not yet ready to take the step to legally end their three-year marriage.
Asked if their divorce has been finalised, she said: "We haven’t done anything with that yet, to be honest.
"It’s sort of the last thing on our minds. We don’t need to go there right now."
The 30-year-old beauty admitted she and Brian have considered getting back together but decided against it.
She said: "Of course [we thought about getting back together] but I think Brian and I are just better as friends."
Vogue thinks the pair have managed to stay friends because neither of them have "moved on" and she is thankful to still have the former Westlife singer in her life.
She told Britain’s OK! magazine: "I suppose it’s quite easy now because neither of us have moved on yet.
"We’re in each other’s company every week and he’s just one of my best friends.
"What upset me most about us breaking up was the part of completely losing him from my life.
"That’s why I think we worked so hard to be friends.
"It might look as if it’s been easy but it hasn’t. We’ve had fights."
