Dean Sheremet and his wife Sarah Silver are divorcing.
The chef – the ex-husband of LeAnn Rimes – has confirmed the couple are calling time on their marriage after five years but he will always be thankful for the time they spent together.
Speaking to Us Weekly magazine, he said: "I have nothing but love and respect for Sarah. Her love made me a better man. I will always be thankful she touched my life."
Dean, 35, married photographer Sarah in 2011 around two years after he separated from his first wife LeAnn after discovering she had been cheating on him with her ‘Northern Lights’ Eddie Cibrian – who was married to Brandi Glanville.
The reason for Dean’s latest marriage break-up is that she didn’t want to start a family, while he is desperate to become a dad.
A source told E! News: "It’s very amicable. He was ready for a family but she wanted to focus on her growing photography career. They remain friends."
Following the fallout from the cheating revelations, LeAnn and Eddie went on to marry and the pair celebrated their fifth wedding anniversary on April 22.
Despite the humiliation he suffered due to LeAnn’s actions, Dean previously admitted he doesn’t hold a grudge against his former spouse.
He said: "I have no ill will towards her … I just tried my best to be as accountable as possible without pointing any fingers. I am over it!"
