Jessica Wright wants to go into acting.
The former ‘The Only Way is Essex’ star – who turned her back on the reality TV show a few months ago following five years on screen – is keen to head across the pond and land some gigs in some well-known American sitcoms.
Speaking exclusively to BANG Showbiz, she said: "I’ve just had lots of meetings with TV networks and I have got an American agent over there, it was really exciting.
"I want to get more into acting or presenting and just work more in television. I grew up acting, I’d love to get back into that at some point, and obviously presenting is where I’d love to go. Whatever opportunity that comes up that’s right for me I think, either way if it’s there [LA] or here. But at this point I’m not too sure what shows I’ll do but probably not reality."
However, the 30-year-old beauty hasn’t ruled out making a cameo in ‘TOWIE’ in the future as her mother Carol Wright is still featuring on the ITVBe programme on a regular basis.
She said: "I don’t want to do a cameo at the moment but, never say never. Who knows how many series they’re going to get into. But at the minute no, I’m not interested."
