Prince’s ex-wife to build school in his name

Prince’s ex-wife is building a school in his memory.
Manuela Testolini has revealed she had not long reached out to the ‘Purple Rain’ singer – who was tragically found dead in an elevator at his Paisley Park estate in Minnesota on Thursday (21.04.16) – to tell him she wanted to build the school in his honour.
She said: "I just reached out to [Prince] a few days ago to let him know that I was building a school in his honour. My heart aches that the school will now be built in his memory."
Meanwhile, the 39-year-old businesswoman – who was married to the ‘U Got The Look’ hitmaker from 2001 to 2006 – also opened up about the "magical journey" she shared with the late singer during their five-year marriage.
She added to Entertainment Tonight: "Prince and I had a magical journey together and I loved him immensely. I knew him as a husband, friend and fierce philanthropist. Philanthropy brought us together and it was Prince that encouraged me to start my own charity over 10 years ago."
Following his death, Prince’s former wife Mayte Garcia has also paid tribute to the late star, calling him her "everything".
She said in a statement: "I can’t even think of the words of what I’m feeling. This man was my everything, we had a family. I am beyond deeply saddened and devastated."
